NOTICE: I have installed a new BCD996T digital scanner as most of WV has already begun using the new state-wide digital P25 interoperability system. In order to view & listen to the new setup you will need to use the ProScan client. There is no charge for the ProScan client and it can be downloaded at the following link - DOWNLOAD PROSCAN. After you download and install ProScan launch it and you'll see the various tabs below the scanner image. Click on the "Remote Scanner Over IP" tab and then click on the "Client" radio button under Mode. In the Client section you will need to enter the information provided below and then click on Start. The stream should begin broadcasting within a few seconds. The BEST part is that with this new setup there is no longer the old 1-3 minute delay. The new stream is as close to real-time as it gets.
